I can personally say John Medina Buys Homes is a calming trustful experience from Nathan "Home Buying Specialist" to Brian the "Client Care Coordinator". It was my first experience selling a home and well worth working with them . Brian listened to my concerns as far as timing for medical reasons. I had to arrange a certain date . The team was kind and understanding. Anything I had questions for Brian answered. I felt immediately comfortable with their professionalism. Brian stayed in touch throughout the whole process. The great part is they buy homes as is . You don't have to worry about anything else but, getting ready for your next home . They make the sell as simple and swift as possible. My wife's mother died leaving a home that needed some TLC before it could be sold and frankly I could have performed most, if not all the work myself, but I was just too busy with life to make that happen. My wife Char and I decided to check out one of the companies that buys homes "As is". We contacted John Medina Buys Houses after reading other positive reviews. We spoke with "Peg" and she was just a delight. She made us feel so comfortable and instantly there was a repour and trust. She set up the appointment for Johnathon to come out to the house for a look around and get the ball rolling. I did have another similar company come out around the same time so that I could compare the two quotes. Long story short the other "Guy" insulted me with a much lower amount and we agreed to go with Medina's firm. Every step was explained to us thoroughly, we always knew what was occurring and before with knew it the sell was complete and we could get on with our lives. The entire Medina staff that we spoke to were all caring professionals and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I had the good fortune to work with Peg, Ricky and Brian selling my deceased father’s home. Peg could not have been more professional, encouraging and knowledgeable. I met with Rick the home buying specialist at John Medina Buys Houses because I was having problems with a bad tenant and needed to raise the rent but the tenant refused.
